What do I receive when I buy a guide?
Each guide is a digital file (PDF) in English. Nothing physical is shipped. You can read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print it at home.
How and when do I get my download?
As soon as your payment is approved, a download link appears on your order confirmation page. We also email the link to the address you entered at checkout.
I didn't get the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, or if you typed the wrong email address, contact us at hopefulroots.co@gmail.com with your order number and we will send it again.
Can I print the guides?
Yes. You may print copies for your own personal use. Teachers and managers may print copies for a group they personally lead. Please do not share or resell the digital files.
Is this medical or professional advice?
No. Our guides are educational resources. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for help from a qualified professional. If you or someone you know is in crisis, contact local emergency services right away (in the US, call or text 988).
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files can be accessed instantly, sales are generally final once downloaded. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, we will fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
What are bundles?
Bundles group several guides into one download at a lower price than buying each guide separately. Each bundle page lists exactly which guides are included.
Is Kindred Light a charity?
No. Kindred Light is a small independent business (a Wyoming LLC) that sells digital guides. Purchases are not donations.
