1. About us. This website is operated by Kindred Light, a single-member limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Kindred Light", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products. We sell digital educational products (PDF eBooks, journals, planners and worksheets). Product descriptions explain what each product contains. No physical items are shipped.
3. Educational content only. Our products are for general educational and personal-development purposes. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for help from a qualified professional. If you or someone you know is in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately (in the US, call or text 988).
4. No guaranteed results. Results depend on many personal factors. We do not promise any particular outcome, including any financial, health or career outcome.
5. Licence. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view and print it for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or publish our files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own. Teachers and managers may print copies for the group they personally lead, but may not distribute digital files.
6. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
7. Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a pricing error occurred, or if we cannot deliver the product. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
8. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property. All content on this site and in our products, including text, designs, logos and graphics, belongs to Kindred Light or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindred Light is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
