Refund policy

Kindred Light sells digital products (downloadable PDF eBooks, journals, planners and worksheets). No physical items are shipped.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded. We will still make it right in the following cases:

• The file is missing, damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it with a replacement file.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download link within 48 hours and our support team cannot resolve it.
• The product is materially different from its description.

To request a refund, email hopefulroots.co@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Customers in the EU/EEA and UK: you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, but only where you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. If you have not downloaded the file, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
